What To Expect With Your Landscape Design & Construction Projects Amidst COVID-19

In light of the current uncertainty surrounding the spread of COVID-19, we wanted to give you a quick update about what to expect if you are currently in the process of designing and building a unique and beautiful landscape. There are three main things we would like you to know.

1.) We are taking this seriously

Here at Landscape By Design we are taking this virus seriously and implementing a variety of procedures and keep our team, our suppliers and our customers safe. We are following directives from the Health Department in order to keep everyone safe in the office, in vehicles and on site. If you have any concerns or would like to know the exact measures we have undertaken feel free to call us on 0452 625 338 or send us an email.

2.) Business will go on as usual

Although there are disruptions across many industries, at this stage our supply chain has been relatively unaffected and we can still provide landscaping services throughout this unprecedented situation. We have considered many factors and we are confident we can still deliver our usual high level of service and quality workmanship with both the construction of existing projects and also the design of new landscaping projects.

3) We will work with you, at your pace

We are entering unknown territory and we understand that you may have fears or concerns. We are here to work with you to create the most amazing landscape for you and your family to enjoy. Many things in our lives may have to go on pause temporarily, but your landscaping project doesn’t have to!

Now could be a great time to get inspired and begin the design phase of your project, or perhaps you want your yard professionally landscaped by the time spring comes around. It’s up to you. We also understand that for some people it makes sense to delay their plans and that’s okay too. We welcome all your questions and we are here to work with you through all of this.

The Perth Landscaping Information Pack

We had the pleasure of working with Jon and Jasmine on the designs for our new home and they came up with a great plan for what is a small space. We loved the design, and our project manager Chris was amazing at juggling some of our rouge external contractors which he didn't have to! The bulk of the work was completed before Christmas so that we were able to enjoy our space during a hot summer.The communication from the whole team was great, the work completed was to a high level and overall we are delighted and happy that we went with Landscape by Design. From the very outset Jon was very easy to deal with. He was professional, patient, kind, understanding and true to his word. I was looking for someone to project manage my entire project and he took that stress away from me. I had an idea of what I wanted to achieve however needed someone to convert that to paper to see how it would look. Jon introduced me to designer Alicia who was able to bring my idea to life. They both listened to what I was after and was able to offer ideas and designs that would work.
